When will you have more sourdough available?

We are able to bake a maximum of 18 loaves a day, for the days we are open (Fri/Sat/Sun). The quantity on the website will be limited to 10 per week, with more available in-store when you are collecting your order. We are working all hours to keep our local community fed, please bear with us if things you would like to order are unavailable at certain times.

Can you source…?

We are baking items ourselves and working with our network of suppliers to offer as wide a food range as possible. We will update our online shop with new products when we can and you are of course welcome to browse in our store when you collect your order.

Have you received my order?

All order form submissions are processed by our team as soon as we receive them. You should receive a confirmation email when you have made payment; this confirms that we have received your order.

When will I receive my order?

If you have ordered by our deadline of midnight on Wednesdays, your order will be ready for collection or delivery on Friday of the same week. For collections, you will be contacted by a member of the team as soon as your order is ready.

We hope you understand that we are processing and fulfilling these orders as fast as we can order from our network of suppliers who are working very hard at this time too.

Will I get everything I order?

These are challenging times for the food industry, and we will endeavour to get you everything you order. If we are unable to get something, we will offer you a substitution which you are welcome to reject, or issue a refund if your product is unavailable.

I am self-isolating, can I order?

If you are self-isolating, we can still deliver to you, but we will undertake a contactless delivery by leaving your box on the doorstep and stepping away before you open the door.

Do you make birthday cakes?

During normal operation, we do offer custom birthday cakes to order, however at this time it may not be possible due to having a much smaller team than usual. Please do feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate - the same can be said for birthday catering packages. If we are able to fit it into our usual operations, we will be more than happy to take your order. Please bear with us if it takes us a little while to respond at the moment, as we are receiving lots of messages every day.
